I used one of the Verve Anniversary sketches for this card. The image is from PTI Father Knows Best. 
Now, for the goodies. I have a 6x6 Making Memories paper pad, a Cuttlebug Paisley embossing folder, and lots of American Crafts embellies up for grabs.
