This is an adorable little cupcake image from Queen Kat Designs. Part of a great set called Cupcake Friends. The sentiment is from this set.
I simply colored it and then covered the butterfly and top of the cupcake with stickles. The designer paper from DCWV Nana's Kids has some really fun colors.
