This adorable little witch will be a mid-month release from Paper Makeup Stamps. So, you'll still have plenty of time to get her before the halloween festivities.
I used her with a sentiment released yesterday. I lucked out and found a few sheets of halloween paper at Hobby Lobby on Saturday.
