This cutie is Charlotte, found her at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps. Oh my good gravy, the expression on her face is priceless; definitely looks like she's got something to say to you. You can almost imagine that her eye is twitching, LOL!I colored her to match my papers, and her outfit is one hot mess. Adorable.
