This image is so adorable!
You may recognize it as a digital stamp purchased from Pink Cat Studio to benefit the Make-A-Wish organization on behalf of the Weiman family. I was happy to help out and just love the images.

I just love this quote, sure puts things in perspective.
This is my interpretation of Jen's SFYTT from last weekend. The quote is from the Raindrops and Rainbows set, super cute.
If you have arrived on my blog on your own, you may want to start here to see some wonderful gift ideas from the entire Queen Kat Designs team. If you have arrived from Penny's blog, you are on the right track.
I used a template from Lauren Meader to gift some lip balm. The tag is made from shrink plastic. I was able to cut it out with the Blossom nesties, stamp enjoy, and then airbrush the color on. I also remembered to punch a hole since I knew I was going to tie it on with a ribbon.
I was able to participate in Taylor's sketch challenge, TECC75 as well as the Color Throwdown #52 Challenge.
I used this adorable bird from Nature's Song in Certainly Celery, Perfect Plum, and Chocolate Chip. I also added in some texture with embossing folders and ribbon.
Today's PMS Challenge is a sketch challenge issued by the ever fabulous Kim. She helps keeps us organized and informed, an indispensible fountain of information.
I used this super quote from the Raindrops and Rainbows set, so fun! I just highlighted a few of the words with copic markers to dress it up a bit. I also used sunny colors and that cool felt flower I found in my stash.
This is my nephew Dakota, who has won his battle with cancer. He has 14 more rounds of radiation and he is done with his treatments. He has a hunting trip and other fun things planned via the Make-A-Wish Foundation at the end of September.
This is Cody and Jayden. Jayden is my nephew's son and is jst the sweetest, cutest thing. I enjoyed being able to spend some time with him as well as my brother and sister-in-law yesterday. They will be on their way back home after church (gotta show off that boy) and it'll be a while before I am able to see them again.
When you get Bombshell Stamps, they come as bare rubber. Just be sure to trim as close to the image as possible. You can mount them onto EZ Mount or you can do what I do- use Aleene's Tack It Over and Over.
All you need is a foam brush and Aleene's Tack It Over and Over. You only need a thin coating, making sure it is evenly brushed on. It only takes a short time to dry, about 30 minutes and they are ready to use with your acrylic blocks. For me, this takes up less space and I can fit more in a CD case which is how I store these stamps.
I made this for the Summer Event at SNR. Our sponsors were Cosmo Cricket, Prism, Lizzie Anne Designs, Magenta, Teresa Collins, Prima, and Clearsnap. I used the Cosmo Cricket papers with Prism cardstock and made this super cute gift set. I included 4 notecards with matching envelopes and pen. The tote was designed by JennD and can be found at SCS or her blog.

I was definitely inspired by all those wonderful colors! I also noticed the stripes on the towel and thought these flip flops would be perfect. I love bright, vibrant colors and this challenge was right up my alley!
The sketch is SC236, a fun one again. I thought the image panel was perfect for one of the latest PMS quotes.
Today, Dawn challenged us and you to use pink and brown on your card or project. Pink and brown is such a classic combination.
I chose to use Arianna this week since it's been a while. She's so pretty and looking for her prince!
We ended up with these colors because we chose Cool Water cologne as his gift, and this was a pretty good match visually. Love this Basic Grey Lime Rickey paper.
Another super cool Bombshell Stamps pinup.
Now, before you start thinking I've gone crazy coloring outside the lines, it was the boy's idea. Cody was watching me color her and said "she's so hot, she'll set the sign on fire!". I thought, heck, let's do it!!
I used my ultra cool Bombshell Stamps with some skin safe ink and markers to give the boy a temporary tattoo. I got some inspiration to do this from my girl Katie, she has a complete tutorial.
Monday means a new PMS challenge. This week we were challenged to use buttons on our projects, the always fabulous Dawn K is our hostess this week.
Now, buttons make look harmless and cute, but I have such a terrible time getting them to look right on my cards and projects. One of the reasons I never use them. Don't get me wrong, I love the look; I just can't do it. Same thing with chipboard....can't get it to look right. Ugh, I digress!!
This is my take on the black and white line art paper available; you then just color all or a portion of it. Here I just colored the petals of this flower.
The butterfly and flower are from the Butterfly Queen set available at Bombshell Stamps. These stamps are just full of detail and stamp beautifully. I just slather on some Aleene's Tack It Over & Over on the bare rubber and use my acrylic blocks.
I was able to participate in the Featured Stamper challenge on SCS a few weeks ago, FS124. Christy S. was the Featured Stamper and I chose this card from her gallery.
