Stylish Umbrella

This card and a step by step guide to paper piecing was included in an article a few months ago at Scrapbook News and Review Magazine. I used some bold, graphic papers from my stash and this super cute umbrella from PTI's Scattered Showers set. I love the color combo.

Well, tomorrow is my day off and I have a TON to accomplish. Let's hope my day gets started on a better foot than it has lately. On a good note, the boy has been getting up and ready for school in record time this week. It helps that we get his shower and lunch packed the night before. He is notoriously slow, so this is a major step in the right direction.
