The sentiment from Dream Big was stamped onto the image panel and then double matted and double boosted; you can see the dimension below.
The rolled roses were cascaded along the side of the sentiment circle with boosters, I added some leafy sprigs and gems to enhance them.

This is just beautiful! Love those rolled flowers and the colors are fabulous.
