The Mojo Monday sketch last week, MOJO261, was a fun one. I had been wanting to ink up this coffee cup from Verve for a while and the circular element of the sketch was perfect for my wants.
I grabbed some super fun papers with colors I wanted to work with and got busy.
Once the cup was colored, I paper pieced the bottom and then added some crystal effects for dimension and realism. The cup turned out a touch darker than I wanted, but that's the way it goes sometimes.
