Winter Wishes

This is my card for the 2nd October Viva la Verve sketch; these simple layouts leave some room for embellishment.

I had snowflakes on the brain ( I don't know why, as I loathe winter), and grabbed my basket of Verve stamps. I stamped the snowflakes from Merry Wishes with Ruby Red ink and then colored in a portion of them with a combination of copics, white gel pen, and a glaze pen. The sentiment from Winter Mittens was added under the ribbon. Lastly, I sprayed the entire panel with some Mr. Huey Spray in Shine. It adds such sparkle!
